At present, the company has more than 1600 employees, including 966 intermediate and advanced professional managers; the company has qualifications of first-level general contracting of housing construction, second-level general contracting of municipal public engineering and mechanical & electrical installation engineering, professional first-level general contracting of steel structure work, fire-fighting facilities engineering, lifting equipment installation work and building decoration engineering, as well as professional second-level contracting of ancient garden construction engineering and building curtain wall engineering. With the diversified development, the company invests in the construction of Baoji Zhongsheng Novel Building Material Co., Ltd., Baoji Julong Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., as well as the establishment of Shaanxi Qinjia Housing Development Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Tianhao Steel Structure Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Yilian Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd.; the company invests and establishes Community Health Service Center on Xinfu Road, Jintai District, Qinjia Haoting Hotel and other ancillary industries. The company has 12 civil project management departments, installation companies, equipment leasing companies and decoration companies as well as 2 first-level laboratories. Various industries of the company have made progress in both scale and strength after years of development. The company possesses a construction capacity of simultaneously engaging in cast-in-situ frame engineering more than 1700,000m2 and higher than 100m, and industrial plant and commercial facilities more than 30m in span, and annual construction area reaches more than 2,000,000m2. Since 1996, the company has been awarded as “abiding by contract, keeping promises” enterprise by Shaanxi People's Government, and national “abiding by contract, keeping promises” enterprise by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce in 2011 within the 10 years in succession; on January, 2006, the company successfully passed administration certifications of three systems, namely quality (ISO9001), environment (ISO14001) and occupational health & safety (GB/T28001). Since 1981, the company is pushed into international construction market, has carried out construction project contracting and labor export services in 11 countries including the Central African Republic, Cameroon and United Arab Emirates in succession, and more than 600 employees are assigned.
